Bubbles

My bruiser~ with the black eye.

The girls received bubbles in their gift bags from the birthday party. I don't know who enjoyed them more, Tati or the babies? If you look closely Christina has her first black eye. She tripped and barely hit the corner of the glass table. She instantly had a black eye. My poor baby!~

Chucky Cheese

The babies went to a birthday party at Chucky Cheese. This is a fun pizza place for kids. They have a stage where animal characters sing. Christina loved it and is dancing on the stage. Madison was a little scared of the characters. She was more interested in eating pizza. She had pizza in both hands eat as fast as she could. (A little like her father?, huh?)

The babies had their first sleepover. They spent the night at my dearest friend Jodi's house. Jodi has two kids and they are best friends in the making. We arrived there about 6:00pm with all our sleeping gear in hand. Not sure how they would react I stayed for dinner. And they were off and playing. Didn't even notice mom was there. I sneaked out about 8:00. Didn't want to cause a scene with all the goodbyes. Jodi changed them into Pj's and did the normal night routine. They ask where mom was, but was ok that I was not there. Amazingly Jodi got them all to bed by 9:00. (Oh I was home in bed by 9:00 also) They next day they had a great morning and went to the park. I picked them up around 1:30, and they were in no hurry to leave. My babies are growing up!Jodi actually got them both to wear ponytails all day.Madison~ with all her expressions.

As long as Christina has her boots on she's ready to go!

Mmmm cookies!!

The babies have found their new role models. They copy everything their big sisters do. This is so cute. Every gesture, every expression they copy big sissy. But there is a catch.

My wonderful older girls taught them (thinking it would be funny!) how to pick there nose and eat it. Yes another great milestone in our kids life!! Thank God for big sisters!!

Cooking with Dada

The babies love to pull a chair up to the island and watch us cook.

They are getting so big and their personalities are really coming out. They love to play babies. They carefully lay the dolls down and cover them with blankets and say, "shh baby night, night." Madison's new word is,~ Mean. She uses it regularly to refer to her dad. It's mama, dada mean, dada mean! They both say, Thank you very clearly. Christina loves to run and say, Ready, Set, Go!!

Chelsea passed her written test for her learners permit. She started drivers ed at school this week. She drives pretty good. But with me in the car we are both a nervous wreck! I don't think mothers should teach their teenage daughters how to drive! And of course I have been driving for 21 years and know nothing!!!

Tati is doing well. She has been working hard at school. She had her first oral report in front of the class. We all know she is very shy. I thought for sure she would just not do it. I was so proud that she followed through and did it! Tati also loves cooking with Jeff. She is Jeff''s little helper with Sunday's dinners. Hopefully, I would like to put her in a summer cooking camp!
